Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
New Zealand: Shipping on all our products is by courier and is FREE to anywhere in NZ.
International: The cost of international shipping varies and is charged at checkout. Please note that there may also be customs and other importation duties to pay in countries outside NZ.
How long will my order take?
The times below are just an indication. Sometimes we can do things quicker depending on what we have in stock and how busy we are. If your map is required for a particular date please let us know when you order so we can try and give it priority to make sure you get it in time.
Small size art maps and Re/Cut collection
We try to keep unframed versions of our most popular small size maps in stock. These only need to be framed and generally will ship within 2 weeks. We are a small business though so if we are very busy it may take a little longer. Please allow 1 -3 working days for delivery within New Zealand once your order has shipped. International orders can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.
Medium, Large and Extra Large size art maps
These maps are all made to order. We do carry a small amount of stock which cannot be customised, so if you need something in a very short time frame its best to check with us first to see what's in stock.
Once the customisation options have been decided it will take 3 - 4 weeks to make a medium size and 4 - 6 weeks to make the large and extra large sizes. Please note work will not begin on your artwork until payment has cleared.
Return policy
Please note that all of our art maps are hand made and therefore you should expect some variation in the colour and finish of your art work. There is also some inherent variation in the natural materials used to make our art works.
Items that have not been customised can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Customised artworks are considered to be commissions. These are only returnable if they are damaged in transit, in which case we will repair/ replace the artwork and return to you at our expense. Please take photos of the packaging if it is damaged when it arrives and contact us immediately.
