You will be billed in NEW ZEALAND Dollars (NZD) at the time of purchase.
The name on your cardholder statement for any transactions through this site will be "NZ DIMENSIONZ LTD".
All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, the seller will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website. The seller may revise the range of products, pricing or the specification of any product at any time and without notice to the buyer.

Refunds And Returns
All our maps are made to order but sometimes things occur that are beyond our control. Please contact us to if you have a problem with your map. We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note that under New Zealand legislation we do not have to give a refund if you simply change your mind.

Freight And Dispatch
Freight within New Zealand is free. If you would like your map delivered overseas the freight cost will be quoted before we accept your order.
As all our maps are made to order please allow at least 2 weeks for your small map orders and up to 4 weeks for medium and large maps.
Custom map times will be discussed when quoted.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your item.

Customs Duty And Sales Tax
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in our pricing for New Zealand customers only.
It rarely happens, but if your parcel is stopped by your country’s customs department and they wish for you to pay a duty or sales tax, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for this.
